TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Solar Trade Warehouse website and the procurement of our solar packages. By accessing our platform or submitting your details to secure a regional allocation, you agree to be bound by these terms. Solar Trade Warehouse operates as a national procurement network, securing trade-level hardware and installation rates for residential deployment.
2. THE PROCUREMENT MODEL & QUOTATIONS
Solar Trade Warehouse provides access to bulk-procured solar hardware (Trade Starter, Trade Plus, Trade Battery Bundle) and vetted installation teams.
-
Indicative Pricing: All pricing, allocations, and system yields presented on this website are indicative and based on standard residential properties.
-
Final Contracting: Submitting your information via our postcode allocation form constitutes an inquiry, not a legally binding contract for installation. Final trade pricing and system suitability are subject to a technical site survey and the execution of a formal installation agreement.
3. REGIONAL ALLOCATIONS & AVAILABILITY
Our pricing model relies on strict monthly supply caps and localized contractor availability.
-
Allocation Claims: Successfully submitting a request for a regional slot does not guarantee hardware availability or installation within a specific timeframe.
-
Inventory Resets: Once a regional allocation is exhausted, Solar Trade Warehouse reserves the right to pause inquiries for that postcode or adjust pricing for the following month’s procurement cycle.
4. HARDWARE AND INSTALLATION
We operate strictly with authorized, compliant partners to ensure industrial-grade deployment:
-
Contractors: All installations are fulfilled by independent, fully audited, and MCS-certified national contractors.
-
Warranties: Warranties for Tier-1 hardware (panels, inverters, and battery storage) are held directly with the respective manufacturers. Workmanship warranties are provided by the assigned MCS-certified installation partner.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS
To maintain the efficiency of our direct-to-homeowner distribution model, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your property, postcode, and utility usage.
-
Ensure the target property is structurally sound and authorized for solar installation (including securing necessary planning permissions or structural surveys, if applicable).
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Solar Trade Warehouse facilitates the procurement of solar equipment and installation services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
-
Delays in hardware supply chain or regional installer availability.
-
Discrepancies between estimated solar generation yields and actual performance, which are subject to weather, shading, and technical factors.
-
Actions, omissions, or workmanship of the independent MCS-certified contractors executing the installation.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
